I have stayed many times in the Marriott Santiago I find the staff not only to be friendly but curteous, knowledgeable, helpful, they remember your name if you are a frequent visitor on and on. Too many positives to list. the Hotel is beautiful and kept clean and in good functioning condition. There is a very pretty park nearby and the Marriott is close to good restaurants and shopping. I give them the highest ranking because they deserve it!

I visited this hotel to attend a Regional Business Function. I liked the overall experience. The location is superb being walking distance from a very nice, modern, shopping mall.

Love it so much. I find it not quite up to standards with the Sheraton San Cristobal. It is really close to the shopping market and the local mall. IT has great service and they DO speak english. I reccomend it today.

The staff was professional, friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The food in the restaraunts was phenomenal! I especially enjoyed the atmosphere and architecture. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and will stay here again when I return to Santiago!

It is a beautiful hotel with excellent ammenities. Service is excellent, Chileans are very educated, learned and amicable. I definitely would recommend Santiago Marriott, is one of the best hotels of its kind. Do not miss The Grill Restaurant, food is tops.
