My organization has held an Annual Conference here for the past six years and in every instance, the staff here were supportive and interested in helping me to make my event a success. I know the staff by name in many instances and I'm pleased to note that with the exception of sales, there appears to be very little turnover in the personnel. One note - no pool or spa here. Not an issue for me but for others it might be. Recommended.

The location is horrible. There is constant car exhaust blowing through the windows and the interrior of the building is extremely filthy. You can definately tell that this hotel is in Philadelphia because of the lack of service, the gangster attitudes , and the dirty rooms with no service when needed.

We spent our anniversary evening here. We usually plan a week vacation but this year we spent it all in one night. Our concierge truly made it worthwhile. We thank you Steve! We had the Romance package on the Club level floor. The roses were gorgeous and the strawberries were huge and decadent. I think everyone should be pampered at least once.

we loved the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of our room. we also enjoyed the room service...when the food was prepared and served it looked and tasted like a gourmet chef from a 5 star rest. had made it. we are planning our next trip within the next few months!

The Ritz is top of the line in my book. Customer service is very good. The Location is very nice especially since this used to be a bank. The rooms are very nice.

The Ritz is by far the best place to stay when in Philly. Hotel staff are the nicest and most helping around. Wouldn't stay anywhere else!
