This is the second time we've stayed at this hotel. Both times the staff went out of their way to be helpful and nice, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location is great.

Good location and nice appearance from outside. We were disappointed in our room, as it had a stale odor and carpets needed better cleaning. There was some mildew on plastic shower curtains. We thought price ($100) was high for value of room. We would look elsewhere next time we are in town.

The location was great and so easy to find. The staff was friendly and very efficient. The rooms were clean and quiet. Nice pool. Good breakfast set up and great coffee.

This place needs to be redone. The carpet was old. The pillows were terrible. The outside and breakfast area looks nice but the rooms are not so neat. Also, there is no business center and the staff was not friendly.

Wow, this has got to be the best value in the entire Rockford area. After a horrible experience at a neighboring, more expensive hotel, this was exactly what I needed.

It has much better service at almost half the price of other hotels around. I will definitely be staying here on return business trips.
