It was a expensive disaster!!!!!!!!We had planned a two day one night getaway for the whole family. We reserved two rooms (one a mini suite family room) We had copies of the internet advertisment showing 2 king beds, a fold out sofa, rollaways available, two chairs in room plus table. Also a double queen room. We got there -no fold out, no chairs, no table------no solutions, no ...SHOW FULL REVIEW

Great Place to StayEven though the trains do "blow" through, they did not bother us at our stay at the Peppertree. The staff was friendly, helpful and very accomodating. The continental breakfast was satisfactory. The television was a bit of a challenge, however, when I figured out the "combination" it worked very well. I would suggest a ...1 of 1 Yahoo! TrainsHow come, nobody talks about the trains that blow through every couple of hours, blowing their horns at 1, 3 and 4am.
The tracks are on 3 side of this hotel.

Can't Wait to Go BackWe stayed there on December 23, 2006. The service was excellent. It was clean. The ambiance was wonderful. The breakfast was delicious. We've stayed in numerous motels and hotels in Auburn...this would be one of our top picks.OVERALL

horrable experienceWe thought the customer service was very poor all around. The people who worked there were very lazy and unpolite.
The TV remote didn't work in our room, and they said they were unable to figure out the problem, which left us out. We needed the pull out couch to be made since there was no bedding and they wanted us to come down and get it at 9 pm. The bath rooms down stairs were dirty.
