We booked our rooms as a group, and it was a hassle to make sure our rooms were grouped somewhat close. Our stay was very nice from the beginning. We were greeted by what I found out later to be the manager (Nick). He was helpful in not only getting us in our room, but also provided several maps and information about the town. He was very pleasant and eager to help throughout.

The Americinn is a comfortable getaway on the edge of busy Traverse City. The lobby reminds you of a cozy northern Michigan ski lodge. The fireplace, the breakfast area, the great pool and spa. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
