My wife and I stayed at the Coex Intercontinental Hotel Seoul for 1 night on Thursday Nov. 15. It was our second time staying there. The lobby is modern, grand, and well kept. Service is great. Lobby staff speak English. Room is well designed with comfortable beds and a good view of the city.

The service was fantastic, and the staff were very helpful.

I stayed here a number of times while working for ETEC, doing work for Motorola. 5 stars all around. I loved the breakfast buffet. The restaurants and room service are all top notch.
Overall, my best hotel experience ever.

It was very conviently located for us since me and my wife were attending the conference at COEX. The staff were friendly, the breakfast buffet had a very large spread, rooms clean and a very well equipped gymnasium.

Central location is great for accessing subway to all parts of the city, and the City Air Terminal is adjacent to the complex making checking in for ICN flights a breeze....

Not all the people here are fulluent in English maybe. However, they do their best to make our stay comfortable as possble. Very polite and super sweet people.

This is a very fine property, expertly run and staffed. The architecture is modern, open but still warm. Location next to COEX, subway and underground mall is convenient.Nice buffet restaurant. Everyone is very friendly here.

Having stayed at the Coex, Grand Hyatt, and Ritz-Cartlon, I prefer the Coex. Though not as famed as the Ritz, the Coex is centrally located in the shopping mall district and great access to the Seoul Subway system!
