The hotel is rated as 5 star yet the room was dirty, some portion of carpet was wet. The room feels stuffy and smells tobacco and the carpets to the entrance to my floor were dirty. Unlike its sister hotel in Shah Alam, this one is a real dissapointment. I am not coming again!

It's spacious, but the carpet's very old with so many spots & bubling!!!
The hallway's smelly. The sofa's fabric's also have spots. The linen and the towels are not white, they're yellowish. I noticed that they did not really clean the room, did not change the linen.

Bluewave Hotel can be improved more. It should have more entertainments. The swimming pool should have more fun for the children. Also, should have choices of food.

The location is not very good as there are not much shoppings and shops.

I like this Hotel because of the privacy and the large rooms they have. Food of all style can be found in door and the pricing is quite reasonable. The best of all is that i have the best view of all compare with other hotels that's the sea view.

I have been staying in this hotel for the pass 3 years and i will not change for another. Its like home.
