Hotel manager was rude, service was NONE, door would not lock upon leaving the room ,had to pack all our belongings to move to another room

The hotel accommodation was clean and well maintained.
I did not find any problem the service part either.
It was simply nice and the location was very convenient.The staff were very friendly and concerned and helped by providing the local information.
It was nice for the price.

We were not impressed with condition of the room. The room smelled bad. There was only one bath towel. There wasn't a blanket on the
bed and the coffee pot had not been washed from when someone else had used it!

The maid walked in on us at 9:00 am when check-out wasn't until 11:00 am!

The graciousness of all employees was greatly appreciated. the most important to me is that my passport I left in my hotel room. It was turned in to the hotel management and then mailed to me by overnight express mail. This is what I call best service and wonderfull staff. Thanks to all employees for wonderful and pleasant stay.

We enjoyed our stay at America's Best suites. They have very good staff that cares. The quality of rooms is unbeatable.

Very nice and clean hotel to spend a night with. Even after so many problems due to hurricane Katrina the hotel staff is doing superb job. Even if the hotel has shortage of workers the staff is serving the hotel guests in the best possible manners.
