The front desk staff is very polite and accomodating. We asked to switch rooms after the first night because of issue with shower valve and were graciously accomodated. In the new room, however, TV remote did not work, no soap/shampoo, and bed sheets were crumpled although they appeared clean, just not pressed. We didn't bother to report ...

This was a great place to stay, the only bad thing that happened was late Saturday night some S O B pulled the fire alarm, but that was no reflection on the hotel. Just some really stupid people! ( but their everywhere).

I wouldn't even give this place one star...if it were up to me I would give it negative stars...

First off, reservations were a pain; staff was not knowledgeable of special discount rates for an event I was in town for. Secondly, the room smelled terrible and moldy.

Third, the iron in the room ended up having a sticky substance on it ...

I stayed there once when my mother was in town it was pretty good for the price. It was clean the rooms were spacious and well kept and so was the hotel overall. The staff was polite and very helpful and if I am ever looking for somewhere cheap to stay I will surely go back or recommend it to anyone who is looking for the same.

I am currently staying here as I write this review. This is a very clean, well kept suburban hotel, the staff is very polite and helpful. The location is OK about a 5 minute drive to the beach but for the price that is great! Just around the corner from a huge shopping mall...many resturants to choose from in the area. I will be returning again on business in a couple of weeks and plan on booking my room before I leave.
