people slow mangers not helpfull[ frontdesk] would not refund my 2 days that i didnot stay 243.52 a night U. S.D friends like to go to fiji but will not stay in SHERATON DENARAU

I liked the interior of the room but everything else was bad. The location is remote and so they take advantage and over charge on everything. Every meal was costing us $100 Australian which makes it hard to relax. Service is on Fiji time which means you have to wait ages for everything and thats if they respond at all. I really don't know how they can call themselves 5 star. They charge above 5 star rates but give 3 star service.

We have just got back from 10 days staying at Sheraton Villas. We loved it and found it a perfect place to stay (we have a large family) for families. THE PEOPLE WERE WONDERFUL, THE COUNTRY IS AMAZINGLY BEAUTIFUL WE CANT WAIT TO RETURN. THE WEATHER WAS JUST GLORIOUS AND WE LOVE THE WHOLE CONCEPT OF FIJI TIME, SOMETHING WE SHOULD ADOPT IN ALL COUNTRIES

I love this place...I visit one time with my family and it was fantastic...We took pictures of the hotel and i think we spend an hours looking at the place...

Just make sure you don't sign up for Starwood. We bought an "explorer package" and used it for our stay. It excludes you from the breakfast buffet. Not a great club to belong to.

It was very welcoming and it had a had a very homey feeling in the soal of the island and hotel. It was like coming to your dream home after experiencing the dream vacation. I have never went on a vacation and actually wanted to stay inside and experience and enjoy the suite I had rented. It was fabulase I have never been so happy with service in my entire life.
