(Not) Ready for Prime Time - "Pass the buck" mentality and service.
Front desk would basically say anything to get you to book the room. Of course once there, nobody could or would accept responsibility for what their employees promised.
A constant run around. A paid customer should not be forced to do the job of the place they have paid to stay.

Incredible place, you get every dollar's worth. The villa was beautifully decorated, impeccably clean and included tons of extra amenities, including laundry and kitchen extras, like detergents, fabric softener, paper towels, very nice flatware and dishware.
