this place sucked i would like to say that there idea of a renovation is that if something does not work then you throw it away /they had no cable the first room had no coffee pot or hair dryer[was under renovations. i am not to disapointed in not seeing the bugs although thier con. breakfast included a box of froot loopes and 12 beagles/ not a star [great for a cheap hooker]

I made this reservation thur hotwire and what a mistake--this was supposed to be a three star hotel-NOT! There were stains on the mattress and the chain on the door was broken. My advice is for you to pay the extra money so you can stay at hotel and sleep through the night. I could have stayed at Super 8 for alot less.
We started staying in 1st week of march 2009 till end of july. The hotel provided us the best quality services and the breakfast was also good. Personally if go back in rock hill area then i would prefer to stay at bestway inn again because i feel safe there than any other hotels.
We have now found out that the (owner?) or head manager of this motel did not keep his word! As of the following night the night clerk is still working and had not been fired, as promised. If you choose to stay at this motel I would keep the chain on your door or this man may walk in on you.

We called ahead of time and made arragements for a large bed, downstairs, due to disability and we would be staying several weeks. We also confirmed a microwave and fridge! Poor quality bedding, toliet lose from floor, wall paper peeling. No tables in breakfast area. On Saturday breakfast was "forgotten" and the manager had to make a Walmart run to get something. I didn't wait. Juice machine broken.

Horrible,Dont Waste Your Money

We are not totally fussy when we check in to a hotel/motel but,This one was horrible it took 3 telephones before they were able to find one that worked,we had to ask for a tv remote,the continental breakfast they advertised didnt even include hot tea,I guess they cant afford a.02 cent tea bag,there was mold in the drawers,bugs on the bathroom floors,we were happy to get out of there.We will never stay nor do we recommend anyone staying there.
