This hotel was the pits!!! Their customer service need major improvements especially in the area of hospitality/maid service. A guest should not have to leave their room at 9 a.m. return to their room at 2 p.m. and the maid service have only finished cleaning half the rooms in the hotel. I mean dang what is the maid staff doing during those hours ...

The Hotel was in a good location. The staff was extremely personable and helpful. The rooms were very nice. I will definitely stay here again when I'm in Clarksdale
booked 5 rooms in May for an August stay. Tired travelers arrived to find only 4 rooms, and we were offered a rollaway bed. I think there is no excuse for not having our rooms since we booked so far ahead, we made enough noise surprise another room was found. The staff is super friendly and always willing to assist any way they can. For the money in Clarksdale, it's a great little place to stay.

During the evacuation of Hurricane Ivan we made reservations at this Hotel. We expected to check into a clean room after being on the road for fourteen hours.
