The staff were courteous, patient and kind. Our accomodations were clean and well cared for and the front desk staff most helpful. A must return location. For folks with limited Spanish, the staff was most kind. Thank you!!!!!

We spent 3 nights in the hotel. Access to the hotel is congested right now due to the construction for the new Metro subway. A lot of one way streets that you must pay attention to. However, if you leave the driving to someone else, it should not be a problem. Room was very comfortable.

I was looking for something good, clean and near to everything, and this hotel has it all!! If I ever go back to Vina, by all acounts I'll stay there.

Sarebbe bello un hotel o ristoranti in Valparaiso ma quasi tutti sono nella vicina e moderna Vina del Mar. Peccato!. Questo hotel Best Western e meglio di altri che ho visitato in USA, piu grande che molti della CE... e poco costoso (meno de 65 euro "full breakfast included"!)
