The staff were very courteous and helpful but the rooms were smaller than expected. I reserved a room for 5 days with double beds it was too small. A room with a King size bed and sofa bed was much better. The room was spacious and the bathroom was clean and larger than normal. I was surprised that there was a connection fee for toll free and local calls. I did not see anything notifying customers of the charges.
