Stayed nine days and got much more than expected! You have to see the new Unique Bar/Lounge next to Reception area WOW! Felt as if I was in the center of the entertainment in Chicago with House of Blues next door! Hotel has soothing but upbeat music throughout.

A beautiful hotel, yet it is a total rip off. For the price you are paying, you would expect to get more than just a nice room, such as free internet, pool, hot tub, and exercise facilities. I have stayed at this hotel twice and absolutely loved it both times. The staff is very friendly, very informative and a lot of fun. I will stay there everytime I'm in Chicago!

This was the most awful Chicago experience we have ever had. The room was the size of a closet (you could not get out of the bed without hitting the desk). The shower (no bathtub) flooded the bathroom when you used it and the worst part was that even on the 6th floor, you could hear everything outside as if the window was open. This was a nightmare and with how expensive it was, it was definately not worth it.
