I recently visited DW with my sister and her two boys, 6 & 3. Using my pocketbook for a guide, I made reservations for a preferred room at Disney's All Star Movies "Resort." The preferred room means your room is at the check-in headquarters for whichever All Star place you’re staying.... When we arrived to check in, I was ...
was the worse place i have ever stayed in - would never go back. they mess up the reservations and blame the travel agency - yet when i showed them my confirmation # then the story changed - ruined 2 days trying to get our rooms straightened out. People behind the check in desks were rude and not helpfull at all -
For a Valued Motel of disney world resorts, it was the first place I found to stay at that did two extreamily helpful things; First, they offered free bed rails for our 1 & 2 yr. old kids who shared a twin bed. Secondly, when arriving, the resort found out that the airline that we took losst our baggage claimed luggage. Therefore, they offered us $50 dollors in cash in order to buy the things we needed until we got our luggage delivered.
Not exactly a 5-star resort, but compared to other Disney hotels, this may be the only one you can afford. It's clean and if you tip housekeeping they'll make characters out of your hand towels and place them in your window (The kids LOVED this)! The pools are cute, the food court is over-priced but convenient, and transportations to ...

Wonderful atmosphere, very clean. Negative aspects were that it could be difficult to speak to someone at the front desk as often not enough staff to deal with people waiting, foodcourt staff were unfriendly. The worst part was the transportation to the parks - the buses would nearly always be full as this hotel was last on the pick-up route, ...

I have been to Disney World so many times, I lost count years ago. This was the third time we've stayed at the All Star Movies. We have tried all the other value resorts at Disney and some moderate resorts too. The All Star Movies is our favorite because our son loves the themed rooms and the main pool with Mickey dressed in the Fantasia ...

I can't stand it when people dog a hotel when they should have known better but here I am doing it. For the money we spent on the high priced terrible food, we could have stayed at a nice hotel and rented a car in Kissimmee. I felt like cattle in a herd waiting in line for food, the bus, to talk to someone at the front desk, basically ...

Themed All Around for your Enjoyment!

This place is just adorable. Feel like you've stepped into another world where movies come to life. The rooms are great, the staff is even greater but the greatest part of the stay is the fun you'll have right on the hotel grounds. This place is my number one pick for a family fun hotel in Orlando.
