Normal Hotel Experience But Expensive Room Rate!The room rate is expensive. And the service is so-so. The amenities in the room is average at best. I stayed in serviced apartment and the floor is not carpeted. The room is quite small. The location is not so convenient. A bit far from Brinchang, the nearest town and hub of activities in Cameron Highlands.OVERALLServiceCleanliness

LIKE HOME SWEET HOMETo me, the apartment rate was really too high. I've been staying at your apt for 3 days 2 nights and there was no water. The water suddenly being cut off. Your staff told us because it was peak season during our stay.But overall, I do like staying at this hotel because of the good location.OVERALL

Too cold!!!The place is cooling! The hotel is good. Just that, we had a little dissapointment on the day we checked in to this hotel. They gave us a 1 bedroom suite for 7 people to share!! How can this be? We complained to the reception and finally, they gave us a bigger room. Thank God, the room is not too bad, there is a balcony in our hotel room. We certainly enjoyed our selves there!Their staff members are very helpful and even helped by giving us information of our tour. When we told their staff that we had problems with our tap water, they immediately gave us two bottles of mineral water to drink. This shows that their service is very efficent.1 of 1 Yahoo! Good for maximum 2 daysThe location of the Hotel is great. But no activities after sunset. The weather was cool at night. The food was not that great.

We love Cameron HighlandsThis is our first time to Cameron Highlands. We stayed at Equatorial for 2 nights. We juz love the weather and the people there. The weather is very cool - better than the one at Genting. The people is very friendly. Not worth the moneyWe went there as a family year-end trip, choose there for the indoor pool, but the pool closed during peak season (around X'mas) for maintenance, water disrupted, blanket is dropping fur like old dog, bathtub can only be used as shower tray as plug has been removed, toilet spoilt during our stay, cleaner came in when guest is still inside the ...You did not find this review helpful.12 of 13 Yahoo! bad experiencethe water provided was dirty and yellowish in colour...had problem getting proper drinking water..worst still,the electric kettle in my room had a rusty coil,i ended up drinking water with rust in it..thanks god i noticed the rust..the food was not bad,and the view from the hotel room is good too..on a whole,i guess its the lack of maintainence that contributed to the bad condition of some parts of the hotel..You did not find this review helpful.7 of 8 Yahoo!
