service was excellent from check-in, breakfast and leaving the staff could not have done enough.the rooms were spotless. top marks!

When reading through the other comments i could not believe my eyes as when we went the hotel was great they have had a full refurbishment as it used to be a holiday inn but now its a premier you can see a huge difference, the staff are really helpful, the rooms are new and they now have a full breakfast :) we loved it and booked again for Christmas shopping.

We stayed at their property for two nights in early august and found the Hotel to be very disappointing. Upon check-in we noticed they had no lift and no lower non-smoking rooms available.
