I stayed at the Oak Tree Inn in Dexter for 1 week. The hotel was located within a reasonable distance to several restaurants. The diner next to the hotel had good breakfasts. The breakfasts would have been expensive, but the hotel gives you a coupon each day. The most I spent on breakfast was $3. Overall, I won't recommend for a family vacation, but good for a business traveler.
Clean. Very few rooms have a microwave or refrigerator. No coffee pot. No coffee available in motel anywhere. No continental breakfast. They want to herd you over to the Pennys Diner where the food is expensive.

I have to agree with Julie from St Louis reguarding this establishment. My husband & I stayed there on a Saturday night. After driving 12 hours we were very tired and just wanted a quiet place to stay. We liked that there were signs all over saying "Quite Please" - I guess it did not apply to the staff !! Not happy at all with this establishment. I have stayed here before. However, when I called to make a reservation the front desk very rudely informed me that there were no room available. This was before she asked the date I was arriving!!!!!!!!!!! Which by the way was at least 6 weeks away. I'm sorry but I will never patronize this ...
