The hotel I usually stay at in Ann Arbor was full so I ended up staying here. I had heard of Hawthorns, but never stayed in one. From now on, I will have my travel department book me at this hotel. It has everything anyone could be looking for. A large suite, great breakfast, fitness center and indoor pool.

Our sports team stayed here recently and everything was great. Tera was very professional in dealing with our group. We had alot of room in the suites and they started their breakfast period early so we could get to our practice session on time.
They even ran their shuttle bus for us on the weekend, when they normally don't provide this service. They went way above and beyond in service for us.

I travel to Ann Arbor weekly for business and always stay at Hawthorn Suites. I like the hotel and staff knows me by name, I am not just another guest.
When my company moved across town, I had my choice of other closer hotels to stay in but I still stay at Hawthorn even though it is a 15 minute drive from our new location.
