The two stars for this rating means - POOR. Our room had no hot water in the sink. If you wanted hot water to wash your hands, etc. you had to use the water in the bathtub. The doors, bathroom floor, and furniture were grimy. And there was a loud "Humming" noise coming from the refrigerator.
