I loved staying at the Bentley Hotel. The hotel is beautiful and the service is great! The people are friendly and I felt comfortable and welcomed.

I was close to all the spectacular attractions and I would definately return to the Bentley Hotel.

I love getting a junior suite here for special occasions; the rooms are top-notch and the service is excellent. Clean and friendly are the two best adjectives to describe the Bentley. Plus, the restaurant on the roof is sublime.

Bad management, asked to replace my broken cd-player three times, never done. Wifi did not work although i needed it very hard, and nothing was done about it. Personnel was helpful, but never saw a manager, and had to be very rude to get my internet costs from elsewhere refunded.

My room was on the 2nd floor on the front side overlooking York Ave. Traffic could be heard constantly. Other than that, it was fine: clean, friendly service, well-located for a quick getaway.

The Bentley resulted on a very convenient choice and one of the most reasonable hotels that I've visited in NY in its cathegory. The front desk and room service were excellent. Rooms are spacious, contemporary and very clean. If you are doing business in the midtown area the location is more than convenient.
