What happened to this place?This used to be the hands-down best hotel in Shreveport/Bossier. This visit, there were no bedspreads on the bed, no extra blanket. It took 8 hours and 4 phone calls to get housekeeping to bring us an extra blanket. The place just looked shoddy. There was one trash can in the entire (spacious) suite. One. Not as good as it use to beWe just got home and we have never made a bad review for this place untill now. I was comped the room but it had problems. Shower had mold on the tub and curtain and the light in coffee cabinet was broke. The slots are terrible with us seeing no one winning. We use to win there all the time. Love This HotelI loved this hotel. I booked two rooms for 4 people. The rooms were nice and spacious. One room had a king bed and the other room had a queen bed. The beds were very comfortable I almost didn't want to get out of bed the next morning. Both rooms came with 2 televisions, which I thought was nice. Great Hotel!!The service was great, check it very quick and easy, beatifull hotel. I was there for my sons surgery and will be back in June or July. I will go back and visit them agin. A lovely stayMy husband and I stayed there for our anniversary this past year. The hotel rooms that haven't yet been remodeled are a little worn, but they are still a comfortable size, with a large bathroom. The standard room was only $79/night during the week. The service by the hotel staff is wonderful.

A great experience !The service and accomadations were excellent. My friend and i stopped in to have a little fun, we had no idea that Peter Frampton was performing that night. We had the time of our lives, it really meant alot to the both of us.We are anticipating on coming back very soon.I could not find anything about the horseshoe that i didn't like.
