At first it looked like a nice hotel. Even the lobby area seemed nice. But when we left the elevator on our floor it was like we had entered another world. The hallway to our room was dark and dirty. Needed carpeting and paint and a bucket of water badly. Our room was even worse. We didn't want to touch anything, let alone sit or sleep on ...

My boyfriend and I have stayed at this hotel twice on trips to Gville. It's good for the price and definitely has a great location. Would stay here again.

We stayed here for two weeks with our dog and were very satisfied. The bed was a little stiff, and there wasn't a refrigerator in the room, but for $35 the room was very nice. The location was extremely convenient for restaurants, shopping, and the UF campus.
