The Hotel stay was very pleasant, eating and entertainment(movies) are all walking distance. Staff was superb.

Used shampoo in shower. Frozen hamburger from room service. Clock that doesn't work. Dirty fridge. Called desk, no responses, left manager written feedback, no responses. As a business traveler, who actually had to spend 18 nights at this hotel over 5 weeks, I feel it's too expensive to have to put up with these petty little nuisances. ...

My family lives in Northern California. We almost always stay at the Valencia Hyatt as a break before heading the rest of the way to Southern California (Disneyland, San Diego Zoo, etc.). The hotel is very nice and close to lots of great places to eat, we particularly like B.J.'s, which is just across the street.
