Location,service,pricing,security,cleanliness,sof beds,nice morning breakfast,quiet neighbhoor,very nice, close to the beach,shooping centers,etc...very nice people availabla,nice tour desk, nice directions towards the different interest points in the city.

(+) The greatest locatioN( safe, quite area) ,spacious and clean rooms but (-) oldfashioned
near a stop of omnibus to the airport( very important if you have heavy and many luggages)
(-)some of the receptionists dont speak english fluently .
