I stayed for 5 nights and was very pleased. The staff was fantastic. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast bar was a great surprise! A hot breakfast every morning. The room was comfortable and clean. I will be returning to this hotel when I stay in Lees Summit again.

Reserved a room with 2 Queen beds with a credit card guarantee for late arrival. After checking in was given a room with one bed. Desk clerk said there was nothing he could. I was forced to go to another holtel in the late at night looking for a room. Also this hotel is in the middle of nowhere and not well lite. You have to drive 15 minutes to find food.

Pros: Modern Holiday Inn with clean, nice-sized rooms and effective soundproofing. Having stayed at dozens of HI hotels, this place is very average for the franchise, though a pleasant stay.
