we are booked here for 8 day and after sleeping here one night we started looking for a better place. this place looks nice untill you get to your room.
very small, very old, dated by things like wall paper on all walls. i am a 6 foot tall man the shower head came out of the wall below my neck line. and i think the bed would be softer if a dump truck full of rock was dumped on to it.

The rooms suck! AC was leaking in our room and when someone calls our room the dial tone comes up. We never were able to receive calls properly from our other families staying here. Also the electrical plugs sucks. For some reason, our phones were unable to charge. We tried more than several plugs in the room and got the same result. There is no ...

I haven't stayed at the Crowne Plaza, although I have had their brunch on Saturdays and Sunday and it is very good. A good selection of food. Probably the best Brunch in Palo Alto. The ambiance is very nice in the hotel and restaurant.

the service at this particular hotel was very nice, and the decorations were charming. the location was alright, better near the beach or some where not in the middle of a town like Palo Alto. The Family really had a great time here. The pool was huge and we liked the idea that it was solar heated. It's a Green Hotel.
So close to Stanford yet it was a nice evening drive to go to SF for dinner. Staff was very accomodating and friendly.
The room was a bit tired but we spoke with the restaurant manager and they have an up coming remodeling. We'll be back to see what they do.

I came in for dinner and it feel like i never left. The food was very good. And the staff was very freindly. I have to take my hat off to the guys that works there. When i get married, I will be going back to Cabana , Please dont ever change

This hotel had very courteous and friendly staff. My event went off without a hitch and the food was excellent. I've had several small events since my big one and I've even taken my family here for Sunday Brunch. Which by the way is the best brunch in the area. The sleeping rooms were great. I've had the best sleep ever in the Crowne Plaza Cabana.

The Crowne Plaza Cabana is conveniently located on the Palo Alto/Los Altos border, close to both major Bay Area highways. The rooms are very nice and the food is excellent - try the buffet. The pool area is okay, but not great. This is a great hotel for the business traveler; is not in walking distance to any great shops/restaurants.
