This is a perfectly nice hotel to stay at. We have stayed here twice, both times on business travel for one night only. The last time we were here we were unexpectedly upgraded to the "Presidential" suite. It was huge and very nice. The hotel is high riser, the lobby area is a jungle like area, happy hour is from 5pm to 7pm, where upon drinks and snacks are provided for hotel guest. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The Mall next door was great, found some terrific deals. Dining in or out is great, rooms were different but good. Pool was great as well as exercise room looked like a popular place for conventions, weddings, and sightseeing groups.

We stay at this hotel regularly while traveling to and from Ohio. The staff is friendly, the breakfast is excellent. Great value when you consider the cost of a room plus breakfast for five when staying at a cheaper hotel. Kids love the pool.

Lots of hidden fees like $7.00 for parking. The room was nasty. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was tiny. Lots of kids running everywhere on the 8th floor. Drunks to deal with after the free evening reception. Pool was so crowded it couldnt hold another person.

Was supposed to be $150 for one night, ended up being $179. Not worth the money. We will go to Hampton from now on.

We stayed here for two nights during a convention that we attended. The only thing that I thought was negative was that we had to wait extra long to check in. We arrived slightly before check in time but had to wait a good bit longer. We were never really given an explanation...just that we couldn't check in yet. Other than that the rooms ...

This hotel is the best.. My favorite part is the manager's reception, AKA Free drinks. This hotel is wonderful, so beautiful. The staff is great and the breakfast is the best I have ever seen served. Keep up the good work. Check out this place it is near the mall. The only conn is the parking but it is in charleston, WV almost every hotel you have to park in a parking garage. It will be worth the price. This place will meet all your needs
