I will be staying there any time I go to Santa Cruz. It is located very close to the pier, with a short walk to the boardwalk. The room was clean though small. The desk person was very nice and helpful. Just remember the place is older and small, look at the pictures offered online. This is not a Hilton, but it isn't priced like one ether.

Beach view Inn is in a great location, has great prices, the people are friendly and I felt safe leaving my car while walking the boardwalk.

The people are so cool and helpful its clean and you can see the ocean and if you open the window you can hear the waves its truly the best and the price is wonderful stay upstairs in the second room you can see it all so close to the boardwalk and the beach I have stayed their 3 times and Im getting ready to go back! you wont be sorry.

I have no worse memories of a hotel/motel stay than the ones from the Beach View Inn. I was harassed in every possible way. I was even told that I would be billed for excess water use.
