    was a very great decision to stay, rooms clean, neat, good smell, power air condition, internet access and room all furnishing commodities were perfect for a business stay... I hightly recommend it.

    This hotel is amazing, the personel is great and very kind...is just the best hotel of Honduras!
    The services are always good and everyone makes me feel like home.The people at front desk is great and in business center the service is good, also the concierge very helpfull and professional.

  • Paying twice for the same room

    The hotel was great.I made my reservation
    for flight and hotel together.you have charged me for that and the hotel charged me again for the same room.They claimed that you never paid them for the room.Please look in to it and debit my account for the hotel room

  • BAD SERVICE- HOTEL DOES NOT ACCEPT THEIR RESPONSBILITY!

    At my stay in the Intercontinental Hotel San Pedro Sula, I ordered some flower bouquets to be sent by the hotel staff to some of my business partners in Honduras.

    At first I asked the hotel staff for the phone of the flower shop to order the flowers my self, but the staff insited that they would order for me.
