The People were very kind and helpful to me. Couldn't ask for a better place to stay in Utah. The housekeeping were wonderful. The food was great. The front desk personnel were very nice and recognized me from the last time I was there. I was treated like family.

This is one of the better hotels I've stayed at. Friendly staff. Rooms were nice and clean, with very little noticable wear and tear.

They provided an excellent breakfast (for a complementary hotel breakfast), with eggs potatoes, meat, toast, fruit, cereal, etc. They also provided some sort of evening meal, which we did not avail ourselves ...

I stayed on the fourth floor (top) and it had this awful stale smoke smell on the entire hallway. A different smokey stench was there when I opened my room door. I thought I was in the deep South.

After a few minutes in the room, you wouldn't notice the smell.

Free internet and fireplace in lobby is nice. Breakfast food was pretty bland. If you're desperately hungry, I guess it's OK.

Overall, not the best hotel experience.
