We were guests for several days in Aug 2009, along with several members of our family. All the staff were very helpful in changing our rooms when we requested, providing clean rooms with refrigerators. We would stay with them again on a return trip to Springfield.

The room was not very clean. There was dirt and beer tab under the bed and floors appear to have not been vaccumed. The beds are hard. No Security system, our truck parked on hotel property in their parking lot was broke into. We sustained over $1500 in damages and the hotel offered nothing for our loss except "I'm Sorry". Staying here would be at your own risk.

My family stayed there for three nights and loved the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. For what the price was it was not bad at all!!

Clean clean clean. I was slightly worried after reading some of the other reviews, but we stayed anyway and it was amazing. The breakfast was good, the service friendly, and the value is hard to beat.

I called a month in advance and reserved rooms for myself and my family. I was quoted prices that were very reasonable. However, when we arrived, there was a $10 increase per night! REturned to front desk after first room I was offered smelled of urine. Second room was fine until on of the towels turned out to be dirty. $36 oer night + tax. Stay at Microtel Inn while in Yuma, AZ and was thrilled. . .

We stayed at the microtel in Springfield Mo and have already made reservations for our next trip there. They have a no smoking wing, so nothing smells bad. The rooms are large and clean, decorated nicely. The wireless internet is free and very fast. HBO was available and so was a free continental breakfast. The staff was friendly and very eager to please.

We stayed there and thought we were walking in a litter box. It reeked and the smell would not go away. The room was dirty, the hallways were dirty. And I would not call that a breakfast, it was coffee and a few bagels - no cream cheese even. Will NEVER stay there again!

they don't take pets..rooms are great..service is good...but not pet friendly..sorry guys...need to get up with the times...
