I stayed there for 5 nights during the RNR Marathon. Great price ($71). Friendly staff. Awesome breakfast buffet. Had everything you would need, even a waffle maker. Free wireless and computer in lobby. Free USA Today, quiet rooms (even though we were across from ice maker and elevators) 4 Peaks Brewery is short walk away. Simple room but definitely worth the price. Would stay there again.
THe neighborhood is a little scary. Next door there was a police situation going on with some people arguing in the street. The room could've been a little cleaner, but the bed was comfortable enough and they serve a decent complimentary breakfast.

TOO MUCH TRAFFIC NOISE

The first night I used my travel points for a suite and its was very nice.
The next night I was transferred to a regular room for $92/night. The street noise from University Ave was unacceptable. The manager told me all the non-suite rooms are in the front of the building. I used ear plugs and I still couldn't sleep.
