We were told that check-in was at 3:00. We arrived at 3:30. Check in was extremely slow. I arrived at 3:30 to check in and was told that only the smoking rooms had been cleaned and it would take another 15 minutes to clean the non-smoking room. After waiting at least an hour and a half, still no room. My family waited in the lobby as the manager ...

Staff was friendly, and lobby looked decent.
Room was extremely dirty! No hairdryers in room. Kitchenette was nice feature, except it was very dirty. Cups and plates provided were stained and no dishsoap to wash them.
Very basic with no extras, which you expect at an extended stay. Taxi service in this city is TERRIBLE. Call at least 2 hours in advance, and have directions in hand for your driver.
