The Gray Wolf Inn and Suites was a nice place to stay. We visited in the middle of July and the prices we very reasonable. The room was clean and we were pleased with it. Our only complaint was about the continental breakfast system. The hotel offers waffles, pastries, toast, etc. in addition to cereal, etc. They need to provide guests with ...
The hotel was WAY overpriced!!! The whole hotel smelled bad. The breakfast was horrible and the pool and hot tub looked filthy. The bed was uncomfortable with horrible pillows. The bathroom could have been cleaner. It does have a nice location in West Yellowstone, but I would have rather stayed somewhere else.

CAN'T WAIT TO LEAVE

Unfortunately just got in and the place sucks but nowhere to go until tomorrow (can't come soon enough for us). Made reservations months ago; called Sunday to upgrade to one suite with 2 queen beds and a queen sofa and kept one room with 2 queen beds. Our reservations were for 6 nights which they promised would be available. Anyway, checked ...

Worst motel in town!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 11/08/08
Bed Bugs and filthy. Dirty sheets with blood in them . Gross. I had to threaten to turn them into the state board of health to get my money back. A total dump. PS I have the bed bugs in a jar to prove it.

filthy and unhelpful
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 09/01/08
We just spent labor day weekend in west yellowstone. The experience was great except for the hotel. Our first room smelled like fish and we could see that someone had put the fish on the a/c unit so everytime we turned it on it smelled worse. The smell was everywhere. We called down to the front desk and all they did was send up air freshner. ...

Terrible Hotel!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/09/07
The suite we stayed in turned out to have bed bugs in the sofa pull out. Contact with the hotel staff and management has been an exercise in futility, the lack of concern and refusal to do anything to rectify the situation is inexcusable. If the Gray Wolf Inn is the only accommodations available I would recommend choosing a different time for your trip.

The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and efficient. The location was great. We walked to many of the places we wanted to see.

Nice place to hang your hat
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/02/05
We enjoyed or stay here. Things to think about, the service was great, the hospitality was great from all the towns people. The room was clean. But two things we were disappointed in. #1. No refridgerator or microwave in the room, and #2. It was alittle noisy in the room, you could hear hall noise. But what a stay, it was very relaxing and the view ...

Would stay again
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 06/18/05
If you must stay outside Yellowstone Park, this is a great place. The staff was very friendly and the rooms comfortable and clean. Pool and hot tub were nice, and laundry right across the hall from the pool. Nice, average continental breakfast. No complaints.

Don't Bother
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 05/23/05
Our family of 5 spent one night during our trip to yellowstone. The staff was rude, the hide-a-bed was dirty and old which matched the room. The indoor pool wasn't heated. We won't be staying there again.
