Beautiful property and grounds. Innkeepers seem a little burnt out, especially the lady. Could not bathe our first night; had well problems. Breakfast very average. Can't recommend. There are many properties within 2 hours of Chicago which are better for the same price.

The Brightwood Inn was an amazing overnight getaway for us. The minute we drove up it felt warm and inviting, unlike the response that we got from the inn-keeper.
