The entrance is grand! Well landscaped. You feel like you are stepping back in history at the main desk (Old Virginia Colonial). My room was very clean, nice bedding, clean carpet, bathroom large and the room smelled clean. Good price, which includes, wireless internet and morning breakfast. Glad I stopped! Short drive off Interstate 81 in Lexington, Va. Would definately stop again.

I liked this hotel because of its location and its atmosphere. The support staff were more than helpful. Don't miss out. Stay in the special rooms inside the renovated house.

Col Alto is in the heart of Lexington and close to all the shopping and restaurants. Clean as a whistle. A great breakfast. Will return for sure

What is there not to like? Some of the most gracious people we have ever met in our travels. We can't figure why Hampton doesn't let you know the Inn is in Lexington. Looking forward to being there again.

This is the best value in Lexington. It's clen, and the breakfast is great.
