We did not like the Hotel Monaco.
We like our room cool. We set the thermosat to 60 degrees for sleeping and the room stayed at a constant 73 degrees.
The bed was lumpy and not level.
The toilet paper was single ply and cheap.
Neither my husband or I slept during the night.
I do not recommend this establishment.

Fantastic rooms. Nice touches. Excellent example of what a boutique hotel should be. Only downside is a bit pricey.

Nice place to stay for a special trip or event.

I liked this place so much I decided to have my wedding here! Everything from the service, food and rooms were worth the price. We can't wait to go back for our anniversary!

Front desk was courtious and helpful, location was more that exellent. I walked everywhere I wanted to go. Parking was expensive, but my stay was better than I expected

Great stay would go back in a heartbeat. The comforters were down and the suites had big jacuzzi tubs. Service was excellent everyone was very friendly. Very eclectic

MY HUSBAND AND I DECIDED TO TAKE AN EXTENDED WEEKEND TO SEATTLE WITH ONE DAY IN VICTORIA, BC. THE HOTEL STAFF WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY.. THE BED AND LINENS WERE THE MOST COMFORTABLE!! VERY CENTRALLY LOCATED AND WE WALKED EVERYWHERE... HAD A GREAT TIME AND CAN'T WAIT TO RETURN.. WE WON'T STAY ANYWHERE ELSE!

The place was fine and I guess I'm getting a bit jaded on dining out. I' starting to learn how to cook ~ that's how bad things are getting.

I am increasingly frustrated with places serving 'common' wine. I would like to see a place that serves boutqiue stuff.
