Stayed one night to attend Billy Joel Concert at Mohegan sun. The staff is very unfriendly and unprofessional. While this hotel carries the Marriott name it does not examplify the Marriott values and service.

Also, during our stay, the hotel even ran out of water in its vending machine and there was no place to even purchase a bottle or get some ice.

As for the rooms, they need some upgrading and maintenance. Would never stay here again.
