The Entertainment staff was excellent - friendly and talented. However, everyone else was incompetent. We have stayed at Dreams resorts before and always had a great time. There was no beach service. They never had a premium liquor. The bartenders were incredibly slow and rude. Service in the restaurants was very slow and the food was not good with the exception of Portofino.

I have been travelling twice a year for the past 16 years and I found this to be one of the best resort I ever stayed at.
All the facilities were clean, the room was clean, the staff was very friendly. The staff does not speak much english, but they sure tried to do their best to understand.
