Nice place!Stayed there many times and they have a great free happy hour and free breakfast. Great location, waking trail around lake in back! The pool is the better than Hilton Gardnes!
Have been in since they changed it to Hyatt Place and it looks very sheek now!

Enjoyable ExperienceI enjoyed my stay at the AmeriSuites. The location is ok, I didn't want to be too close to the city, but not far enough that it would be out of the way. The staff was fun and respectful. Whenever I do busy in Duluth, that's where I'm going. Oh, and the breakfast was wonderful.You did not find this review helpful.1 of 2 Yahoo! Bad ExperienceThis hotel is not upkept very well, rooms are musty and old. But the staff is what makes the hotel just bleh. I checked out and went to the Hilton Garden Inn Johns Creek (for a lower rate I might add!) and the Hilton just blew Amerisuites out of the water! don't waste your time here...You have found this review helpful.5 of 7 Yahoo!
