Most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in! I am now looking to purchase the same mattress for my wife and I at home. The service was outstanding... could not ask for more. Now, if only NWA would take lessons from these folks!

The suite had everything we needed, the view was great (we were facing South, towards the little lake, not the other hotel), the breakfasts were ample, with a great variety. Breakfast was hot, and had scrambled eggs, and sausage. Thought this level was for the Residence Inn line.
Firm, comfortable beds, clean linen, enough pillows, strong shower, convenient neighborhood.
Pool and exercise room.
In Room Internet, and lobby wi-fi.
Good value.

Negatives
Had no blower/fan in the bathroom.
Carpet worn -- could use replacement.
Sleeper is uncomfortable.

The staff was very friendly and smiley! Our suite was incredibly clean. It room itself had a seperate living room and bedroom, which didn't have a door to separate the rooms.
