    1- NO AIR CONDITIONING IN HALLWAYS
    2- ELEVATOR DID NOT WORK
    3- TOWELS FULL OF HOLES
    4- ROOM VERY DIRTY
    5- FOOD - CREAM CREAM NOT REFRIGERATED, MUFFINS AND BAGELS OLD, JUICE MACHINE BROKEN.
