Always have a nice stay

I loved the rooms. The beds are always comfortable. The big screen television is always great when winding down from a long day. The lighting in the rooms are great. The set up is always nice and comfortable.

Horrible experience, terrible customer service

Prepaid business trip, yet I was charged hundreds of dollars the day AFTER I checked out by 'mistake.' Why? 'We have no idea why you were charged.' 'Someone used the wrong folio.' Management was unapologetic and unhelpful until I had my bank on the line and demanded that they retract the charge. Sneering gallery hosts ...

THE PLACE I RETURN TO WHEN I NEED TO GET AWAY FROM HOME

I LOVE THE FACT THAT THIS HOTEL IS LOCATED AWAY FROM THE HUSTLE AND BUSTLE OF ATLANTA. I CAN STAY 20 MINUTES AWAY FROM THE FUN AND ENJOY MYSELF IN THE MOST SPECTACULAR WAY. THE SURROUNDING RESTAURANTS AND SHOPPING AREAS ARE ALL GREAT FOR COUPLES TO ENJOY SOME DOWN TIME. I HAVEN'T FOUND A BETTER HOTEL OR A BETTER AMERISUITES THAT I LIKE.
