In March we stayed ten wonderful days at the Moon Palace Resort where we were married. I cannot express in words what a wonderful trip we had, but will do my best.

The Moon Palace is by far the best resort in Cancun. The lush gardens, spacious rooms, fantastic pools and with 12 restaurants you never have to eat the same thing twice. The unlimited calls to the states and Canada was great too. Stay here you will love it!!!

Excellent service, no one pressuring you for tips. Beautiful place to relax and be pampered. Going back in January 2010.

The service, food, rooms, the beauty. The people and facilities were wonderful. The Mexican people were so thoughtful and kind. Awesome! We have been going 2 times a year since 2001. We love the other Palace Resorts also. Great company. The golf course was the top and the Spa also. Nothing to dislike....all great!!

End of September and early October is an incredible time to be here if you value privacy and great personalized service. The facility is vast and growing and I am sure it is a very busy place at peak. I prefer touring this vast facility and using all of its wonderful options during the off season. Wonderful.

I've been there twice now and cannot wait to go back. The service was great, the rooms are beautiful. The food is delicious.

I've always went during the end of October and it is so peaceful there.

MANAGEMENT WAS TERRIBLE, TRIED TO BILL YOU FOR THINGS YOU HAD ALREADY PAID FOR. BOTH OF MY SONS HAD SEVERAL HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS STOLEN FROM ROOM AND WE REPORTED IT. THEIR ROOMS HAD ALREADY BEEN CLEANED FOR THE DAY SO THEY THOUGHT THEY COULD LEAVE BILLFOLDS OUT WHILE THEY WENT SWIMMING. PEOPLE ARE IN AND OUT OF YOUR ROOM ALL DAY - SO YOU CAN'T LEAVE ANYTHING OF VALUE OUT. MANAGEMENT SAID THEY SHOULD NOT HAVE LEFT IT OUT
