My mother and I were at Clapp's guesthouse 2 summers ago and are anxious to get back this summer. Nancy and Carl Clapp were so gracious and the property is very peaceful and convenient to shops, restaurants and the beach. I would recommend this guesthouse highly!

We had a wonderful stay with wonderful weather ad the Cape Cod place of Carl and Nacy the last 2 days. They are so friendly and their house and the garden is so lovely. I liked Carl seat in the corner with the comfy chair and all the books, with a good view on the megasize tv from there.

I stayed at the Clapp's Guest House for a few nights in July of 2006 for a wedding. I think I payed around $70 for 1 room. It was a great deal. Just blocks from the ocean, owners were VERY nice, backyard was peaceful, I felt very safe and comfortable- even though I was traveling alone. Would LOVE to stay there again.

Nancy Clapp and her husband were wonderful hosts. As a single traveler, I felt safe and comfortable. It is located just a few blocks from the beach and a block away from the main street in town. The amenities were clean, comfortable and affordable. The Guest House had charm and wasn't sterile like some of the bigger hotels and resorts. ...
