We liked the proximity to the Aquarium and other attractions on the revitalized river front. The staff was nice and breakfast was good, too. The Inn has an interior parking lot in its courtyard which seemed very secure. It reminded me of a central city hotel in Europe. The price is high, but that reflects the convenience. The only slight blemish was that our room had some wear and tear, but we would still stay there again.

I stayed at another location. However, this hotel location is PERFECT. Walking by, my husband and I began an conversation with a youngman on his break from the hotel. Excellent character. Our next visit....I will stay here. The hotel puts you in the mind of beautiful city apartments (fromt the outside).

Smells of foul food odors seeping from my neighbors room wasn't the quiet oasis I needed at the end of the long ay. The price was a bit high for the room, service, staff, amenities, and location. There was an issue with the staff and billing. The room itself was dated. The bathroom had stains in the tub, and it was just an overall low quality place to stay.

Residence Inn In Chattanooga is very well placed. It's within walking distance to a large part of downtown and right on the river.
We enjoyed the pool and hot tub very much. My only disappointment was that there were no waffles for breakfast.

There wasnt anything that I didnt like about the Residence Inn. When I first made my reservation, I thought the price was a bit high, but when I got there, it was worth every penny! It is walking distance to every attraction in downtown and many places to eat. The full kitchen in my suite was a bonus, and their staff is wonderful! When I come back to Chattanooga, I know where I will be staying again. Do not pass up a chance to stay at the best hotel in town!
