The room was clean, nicely appointed, had 4 pillows on each bed (!), and the shampoo and conditioner were in containers that looked different (important for those of us who need glasses to read). Thank you!

Non smoking room was really a smoking room. Stunk and there were ashes behind the night stand. The hot tub was almost green. Definately need the scum removed and chemicals added.

The hotel was easily accessable from I-40, close to the Grand Canyon and priced reasonably. The staff was excellent and very friendly and helpful. The three queen bed double room was a great idea, the only thing I would change is to move the entrance door to the room with the bathroom. We will definately stay again.

We stayed here for one night and found the its service personnel very nice and friendly and the hotel clean and roomy. However, we were told the charge was $82 per the night and then when I got home my VISA showed a $97 charge. I'm trying to rectify that now.

Got to the hotel, it was under renavations, they did not have a room ready for use, and much to our suprize the pool was not open either. I had my grand childern with me and they were looking forward to swimming fo it was cold out and the pool was heated and inside. We ened up not staying there and went to another hotel.
